Colours of the cave

Colours of the cave

Colours of the cave is a Prehistory workshop for adults to learn about the creative and selective utilization of resources by hunter-gatherers during the Upper Paleolithic. Altamira inhabitants had a great knowledge of their natural surrounding; to produce their pigments they used natural elements around them, such as mineral or charcoal. We will learn about this intelligent use of natural resources and we will produce our own pigments as they did.
